Current Lead Times Please note that all our items are made to order. Our current production timeframe is approximately 11 working days before dispatch. We appreciate your patience while we manufacture your order.

Couriers: We use DHL and APC for all our deliveries to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Costs (UK Only) We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location:

• UK Mainland: FREE delivery

• Remote Areas: £29.99 (This includes Highlands, Islands, and other remote postcodes)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

We use DHL & APC Overnight 

 

All of our items are sent through either DHL or APC Overnight for all UK orders. We tend to use APC for the smaller blinds whilst the larger ones are handled by DHL.

Once the order has been sent out you will receive information on the service used along with tracking info for you to be able to keep an eye on it's progress. This will be delivered either by email or text depending on which option you ticked when creating the account/order   

Unfortunately we are not currently offering International delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

We rigorously quality check items before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please e-mail us at info@artfever.uk

You have 3 working days following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent.

PRICE

FOR ORDERS TO IRELAND

Our current delivery rate to Ireland is £35 which is sent via DHL.

Please note - Deliveries to Ireland will be charged VAT & import duties once the parcel arrives into your country. Failure to pay this will result in the parcel being withheld from delivery.

We are unable to offer refunds on any items that have resulted in non payment of tax.

GoGreen Climate Neutral Shipping. DHL will offset transport related carbon emissions for this shipment.
