Our guarantee is simple and straightforward, with just a few obvious conditions and exclusions.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in the roller blind mechanism, components, brackets, and control chains.
  • Manufacturing defects in the blind fabric or material itself.

What is not covered (exclusions):

  • Accident or accidental damage.
  • Alteration or modification of the product.
  • Exposure to elements (such as extreme moisture, direct water contact unless specified as waterproof, or severe weather).
  • Misuse or forced operation.
  • Failure to follow our explicit measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance instructions.
  • Blinds fitted in a non-domestic or commercial environment (unless explicitly agreed prior to purchase).
  • Normal wear and tear.

This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities, or warranties. In no event shall Art Fever be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee.

This guarantee is an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable national laws in force.

How to Make a Claim

We've made our claim process as hassle-free as possible. If you encounter any manufacturing issues with your roller blinds within your 2-year warranty period, simply follow these steps:

  1. Get in Touch: Drop an email to our customer service team.
  2. Provide Details: Please include your original order number, details of the roller blind experiencing the issue, and a brief description of the fault.
  3. Send Photos: To help us resolve your issue quickly, please attach a couple of clear photographs or a short video clip showing the fault or damage.

 

We reserve the right to either repair or replace the product. On some occasions, it may be necessary to have the goods returned to us for physical inspection before a replacement product is dispatched. Once verified, our team will finalise your replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
