A first look at the "Alpine Lift" from our upcoming Winter Games Collection.
With less than four weeks to go until the torch is lit and the world watches the finest athletes compete on ice and snow, the excitement is palpable. We are all waiting for the adrenaline, the speed, and the roar of the crowd.
But before the first skier leaves the gate, there is the mountain itself.
This week, we are highlighting the first release from our new collection: "Alpine Lift." It captures the serene, almost magical stillness of the slopes in deep winter.

Why We Chose This as Our Image of the Week
While the Winter Games are famous for high-octane action, we wanted to capture the stage upon which the drama unfolds.
This image transports you instantly to high altitude. It features a row of empty ski lift chairs, heavily laden with thick, fresh powder, vanishing into a misty white horizon. To the left, towering pine trees are completely coated in frost, standing as silent sentinels in the fog.
It’s a reminder of the raw, powerful beauty of nature that serves as the backdrop for the world's biggest winter stage.
Styling "Alpine Lift" in Your Home
You might wonder: Does a picture of snow make a room feel cold? Surprisingly, the opposite is true.
Whether you choose this design as a statement Canvas or a feature Roller Blind, it brings a sense of "Hygge" (cosy contentment) to an interior. The soft, muted palette of dove greys, icy whites, and deep forest shadows acts as a neutral base, allowing you to layer warm textures into the room.
Our Stylist’s Tips:
-
The Contrast: Pair this artwork with warm materials. Think chunky wool throws, reclaimed wood furniture, or a velvet armchair in deep navy or emerald green.
-
The Mood: This image is perfect for a bedroom or a quiet reading nook. The heavy snow and soft fog create a visual "hush," helping to dampen the noise of a busy life.
-
The Blind: Used as a roller blind, this image glows when back-lit by the morning sun, turning your window into a portal to the Alps.
